TORONTO, June 27, 2024 — VitalHub Corp. (TSX:VHI) (OTCQX:VHIBF) (the “Company” or “VitalHub”) is pleased to announce that the CaseWORKS Case Management System, has gone live at Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick (“CMHA-NB”). This initial rollout is a major step forward in their move towards collaborative case management and provides CMHA-NB with the modern technological infrastructure it sought in its Province-wide service innovation and transformation project.
In August of 2023, following a competitive and transparent procurement process, CMHA-NB signed a 5-year agreement for the license of VitalHub’s CaseWORKS Case Management software.
The go-live follows an 8-month project implementation and collaboration between CMHA-NB and VitalHub’s project teams to design, develop and implement CaseWORKS workflows that will assist CMHA-NB in optimizing service delivery.
“We couldn’t be more appreciative of the opportunity to work with the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick on this project. CMHA-NB has been a fantastic partner and our goal for this implementation is to expand our work across the province. This project will improve CMHA-NB’s internal processes allowing them to improve their approach to helping New Brunswickers. We continue to expand the adoption of CaseWORKS across CMHA’s nationally and expect the scope of use in New Brunswick to expand materially in the near term.” said Niels Tofting, EVP and Managing Director of VitalHub.
“We are excited to be working with VitalHub to roll out CaseWORKS. Launching CaseWORKS to improve our internal systems has generated tremendous enthusiasm because it is moving us from manual processes to a modern, online, mobile solution. Our staff will now be able to receive scheduling changes, real time, and in the field.” said Christa Baldwin, Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick.
With the success of this first phase of deployment, CMHA-NB and VitalHub expects to complete the remaining implementation of the CASEWORKS client management solution across all offices in late 2024.
